“Humans exist in a balance between selfishness, empathy, and justice. In contemporary capitalism,
however, there are a lot of problems concerned because of the community logic with empathy is overwhelmed by market logic based on the selfishness.”

Tokyo University Honorary Professor JINNO Naohico who is well-known for his book “Economic of Human Recovery” said,
“In modern society, people have busy schedules without affection or friendship. Now our society has reversed goals and the meaning of human life.
This means we aren’t able to react to crisis and cannot go forward to the future.” in an interview with the Hankyoreh on September 20.
